For Hotel AUM, a ceiling was developed from anodized Alucobond, commissioned by We Want More. The panels are composed of three different anodized shades, which together form a faceted pattern that catches and disperses the light in the room.
The design
The panels are mounted at various angles, making the ceiling not a flat surface but a three-dimensional relief. The combination of three anodized shades creates a warm, layered color transition that looks slightly different depending on the angle and incidence of light. Within the space itself, this enhances the atmosphere: the ceiling acts as a visual focal point above the bar and the seating area.

Result
