AcoFelt, also known as

AcoFelt, also known as recycled PET bottle felt or acoustic felt, consists of acoustic panels made largely from recycled PET bottles. This material is ideal for creating attractive wall finishes or acoustic elements. It is 100% recyclable and contains no chemical components, making it very environmentally friendly.

Our AcoFelt panels are 9 mm thick (some colors also available in 24 mm) and measure 2440 × 1220 mm (some colors also available in 2820 × 1220 mm). There are three lines: AcoFelt Basic, Classic and Dutch Premium, the latter being produced in Europe. Safe to use with a fire class B (EN 13501-1).

AcoFelt is easy to process as an acoustic ceiling tile, sound-absorbing partition wall, or acoustic wall panel, optionally with print and/or contour-cut. The material can easily be CNC-cut, folded, and bent: V-cuts, bevel cuts, thru-cuts, 90-degree folds, and dual-color construction are among the possibilities. Please note: AcoFelt is made from recycled material, which may result in color variations.
