Saws With three industrial panel saws, we cut sheet material to size with millimeter precision. Milling machines We have fifteen milling machines in-house, including a D3 Zünd cutter with a routing belt and two 3.6 kW routing systems, a Briesse 5-axis, a Cosign up to 7000 mm, and a Zünd. Lasers In the laser department, we work with three lasers: a Sei Laser Mercury 1520, a Sei Laser Mercury 2030, and a Eurolaser XL-3200. Polishers In the polishing department, there are two automatic Bermaq polishing machines, suitable for lengths up to 3000 mm, alongside various manual polishing machines. Squat rack With a heating element, we bend sheet material into all kinds of angles. That happens on the bending machine. Automated warehouse Our warehouse is automated and controlled by ARDIS software. That modular platform manages all people, materials, and machinery in the cutting department.
